ANNA TORFS, the Belgian designer who specialises in creating glass objects in a contemporary design using old bohemian techniques. Coloured glass is achieved by adding ores in the form of several chemical components. Her work is not only beautiful; they make a bold statement and are functional.
The collection, ANNA TORFS BASICS uses forms such as a cylinder, a sphere or a drop. These shapes are then altered using cuts, overlay of colours and other techniques. The collection, ANNA TORFS EDITION is based on geometric shapes in pronounced colours and using sharp cuts to create dynamic, energetic pieces. Each piece is handmade in Prague, each piece is unique and signed.
